Blitz Man is a Robot Master in Ultimate Mega Man. He's able to build up powerful electrical charges within himself and then expel them in the form of Blitz Crash, a weapon that sends giant electric sparks flying straight ahead.
Blitz Man is a recolor of Cut Man, with what appears to be an antenna or lightning rod in place of the scissors atop his head.
Boss Battle[]
As with most of the bosses in this game, he attacks by simply jumping around and using his special weapon. In this case, Blitz Man sometimes fires off two Blitz Crashes (one to the right and one to the left) as he jumps around the room. Mega Man gains access to Blitz Crash after defeating Blitz Man, although he can only shoot one Blitz Crash forward when using the weapon.
