Razor Belts are an enemy from Mega Man EN. They are red, circular enemies with a spiky belt center. When attacking, they spin the belt and shoot it forward. The belts deflect oncoming shots. They appear in Wolf Man's level.

Razor Belts are actually taken from the R20 (Complete Works) art book, as an unused Mega Man 3 enemy concept. They are pictured here, under the snail enemy.
